I-QUAS currently provides consultancy, training and auditing services to various private companies and governmental organizations in ISO 9001:2008 QMS and other management systems implementation and maintenance. Below are news and events related to our services starting with most recent ones.

January 2009

I-QUAS has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to work collaboratively with PRIN International Consultancy & Research PLC (PRIN), a compertent Ethiopian consuting firm.

Dec 2008

A consultancy agreement on implementation of ISO 9001:2000 was effective between EPHARM (an Ethiopian pharmaceuticals company) and I-QUAS.

June 2008

I-QUAS nominated as fully participating member of the National Technical Committee (TC 5) on Management and Systems. See Scope & Composition of TC 5 (PDF 36 KB). I-QUAS is the only private company actively working in TC 5.

April 2008

ISO 9001:2000 foundation training was delivered by I-QUAS trainers to Ethiopian industry organized thru the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce.

March 2008

The standards 5-day implementation training ISO 9001:2000 was delivered by I-QUAS trainers to Awash Winery SC in its Addis Ababa HQ site.

July 2007

The Industrial Projects Service (IPS) and I-QUAS signed a Memorandum of Understanding on technical cooperation in management systems consultancy, training and auditing areas in all industrial and related business sectors/fields.
The Memorandum signed on 30th of July 2007 provides a framework for the exchange of technical knowledge and delivery of services through collaboration between IPS and I-QUAS. IPS is a pioneer Ethiopian public enterprise engaged in consultancy in the industrial, agro-industrial and mining sectors in Ethiopia.

June 2007

I-QUAS completed a full-system consultancy audit on Wonji/Shoa Sugar Factory complex that consisted of agricultural operations as well as production of sugar and confectionery. I-QUAS is proud to be associated with such a leading and pioneer company in the sugar sector in Ethiopia.

25.12.2005

In addition, consultancy services agreements were made between I-QUAS and the sole glass and bottles manufacturing plant in Ethiopia and also with a leading food processing company.
